Phase 1- Pre-Cleanse

After the 14-day detox, I feel amazing, lighter and more energetic.

Surprisingly it also helped with my indigestion and  I didn't get any migraines during the detox.  After the second day on my detox, I went to the bathroom quite a few times to release the excess waste😂
