Directions
Take 2 capsules (average dose) on the evening of day 1 with food. On days 2 through 7, take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 in the evening. Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water per day to avoid constipation
If there are no noticeabe changes in bowel behavior, increase dosage by one capsule each day until there is noticeable change (increased fecal matter). If stools become too watery, reduce the dosage until you have reached solified stools.
