A comprehensive visit to properly assess health and develop a wellness plan accordingly
Service Description
During this session, we will take your blood pressure, body composition and have an in depth conversation about your health issues and wellness goals by reviewing your medical history, your diet, and your other lifestyle habits to identify any obstacles preventing you from achieving your wellness goals. After our discussion, a comprehensive Profile Report will be prepared with the appropriate recommendations regarding diet, supplements, laboratory testing, and/or lifestyle changes to help activate the innate self-healing process and enhance your overall quality of life and well-being.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and your well-being deserves the same flexibility. Cancellations: ~ 24-hour notice: To ensure we can offer open spots to others seeking support, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your online session. ~ No-shows & Late Cancellations: Missed appointments without prior notice and late cancellation may cause you to forfeit the fee paid for the service. Rescheduling: ~ Life happens! Feel free to reschedule your appointment if need be. Contact us as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to find a suitable alternative time that fits your schedule.
